Public Works Department
Welcome to the City of Dunkirk's Department of Public Works Website. Our department handles vital services to our residents and businesses including trash removal, water service, waste water removal, park maintenance, street maintenance (including street sweeping), and maintenance of City vehicles and facilities.
The Public Works Department is the caretaker of the community's infrastructure. Its goal is to preserve and enhance Dunkirk's resources for future generations.

City Hall is the home of our administrative offices including the City Engineer's Office.
City Barns - Lucas Ave. Dunkirk NY 14048
The City Barns is home to our Building & Fleet Maintenance Division, Street Maintenance Division, and our Recycling Center.
