Request for Proposals
For Development Projects the may be eligible for RESTORE NY Funding
The City of Dunkirk is accepting proposals from private investors / developers for projects located within the City of Dunkirk that may be Eligible for RESTORE NY Funding. Project proposals will be accepted until March 4, 2009 at 12pm. Proposals must be returned to the City of Dunkirk's Clerk's office located at 342 Central Ave, Dunkirk, NY 14048.
A 1-2 page narrative of perspective projects is required, the narrative must include, site selection, site control, other federal and or state funds to be leveraged, total investment and the availability of a funding commitment for funds needed. The selected applicant will be required to work aggressively with City Representatives to complete the entire grant award process by 5/1/2009.
