Second Ward Councilman Kevin Muldowney is an active member of the Northern Chautauqua County community. Originally elected to the City of Dunkirk Common Council in 2002, Mr. Muldowney also serves as the Assessor for the Town of Pomfret. In addition to these duties Councilman Muldowney represents this region on the staff of New York State Senator Catherine M Young.
Mr. Muldowney is a long-time resident of Dunkirk where he owns and operates Muldowney Properties in addition to being a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
